Invest Chattanooga has issued a rolling Request for Information to identify development and acquisition partners for mixed-income housing projects in Chattanooga.

We invite developers and property owners to share:

shovel-ready or pre-development projects exploring capital stack solutions,
-
acquisition opportunities involving Class A and B multifamily properties, or
-
land owned by public, nonprofit, or faith-based organizations.
We bring low-cost capital, tax abatement, and below-market senior loan products to deals, resources that make it financially sustainable to include 30% permanently affordable units without federal subsidies.
